- Free while launching on the Clover App Market; paid plans later (Starter, Pro, Enterprise; $0.10/min beyond plan minutes).
- Data: one isolated database per merchant; no model training on merchant or caller data; recordings kept 30 days by default; deletion within 30 days after disconnecting.
