Live

Your business, in one conversation.

Sound familiar? “My numbers are in three reports I never open, and every decision waits until I’m back at the register.”

Ask Paloma about yesterday, this week or one dish — the answer comes from your POS, in one sentence. Every morning a brief tells you how yesterday went. Refunds, posts and a new look for your page wait as a card for your yes.

How it works

  1. Ask in your own words

“How did lunch do yesterday?”, “what’s running low?”, “who’s on tonight?” — answers from your POS, never estimates.

  2. Read the brief

Every morning: yesterday’s sales, calls and orders, and what needs you.

  3. Approve or decline

A refund, a post, a new look for your page — each is a card in the Inbox, and none of them happens without your yes.

  4. Bring your team

Invite managers and staff, each with the access their role allows.

What you see the morning after

Every call becomes a card. The numbers answer in one sentence. And anything that touches money or a guest waits for your yes.

  • InboxEvery call as a card, not a voicemail
  • PalomaYesterday in one sentence, and a brief before you open
  • ApprovalsNothing acts in public without your yes

Recordings and disclosure

The guest is told the call is recorded in the first sentence. Recordings are kept 30 days, then deleted — and they are never used to train models.
