Delivery, without drivers on staff.
Sound familiar? “Guests want delivery, but I won’t hand the marketplace 30% of every order — and I can’t hire drivers.”
A guest orders delivery on your own page and pays you. The moment it is paid, Paloma books a courier; the guest follows the delivery on your page and gets a text when it is picked up. No marketplace takes a cut of the order.
How it works
Turn delivery on
Tell Paloma how the guest pays for delivery and your minimum order. Attach a card in the app for couriers.
The guest orders
On your page, with the address suggested as they type and the delivery fee shown before they pay.
Paloma books the courier
By itself, or after your Approve — you choose. A courier who cancels is replaced or waits for you, as you set.
On the way
The guest follows the delivery on your page and gets a text at pickup. You see every courier in the app.

Couriers without drivers on staff
A courier is booked the moment the order is paid — by itself, or after your Approve, as you choose.
The price is on the order
You pay Paloma’s delivery price shown on the order, plus the guest’s tip, all of it the courier’s — with a card you attach in the app. If delivery gets dearer before the courier is booked, you approve the new price; for couriers that book by themselves, a small rise within the limit in our Terms goes ahead.
No courier, no charge
If no courier shows up for the order, or one cancels before pickup, the hold on your card is released and nothing is charged. An order left without a courier is yours to hear about at once — deliver it yourself or hand it over at the counter.
Switched on restaurant by restaurant. If your guests pay through Stripe, couriers come out of your balance instead of a card. Not yet for businesses on our Clover App Market app: pickup only there for now.
