What Paloma uses from Clover, and why

| Merchant (read) | Business name, address, hours and timezone so Paloma answers “are you open?” correctly. |
| Inventory (read, write) | Menu, prices, modifiers and stock for answers and orders; stock adjustments only when you ask. |
| Orders (read, write) | Placing confirmed phone orders, printing them, and daily sales questions. |
| Customers (read, write) | Recognising repeat callers and saving the phone number for the payment link. |
| Payments (read) | Marking phone orders paid after Clover Hosted Checkout confirms the payment. |
| Employees (read) | Who is on shift, so Paloma can transfer a call to the right person. |
Card data never touches Paloma: payments are completed on Clover-hosted pages. Uninstalling the app revokes access and deletes your data within 30 days.
