Every call answered. Every order taken.
Sound familiar? “Friday at seven, two people on the line and one at the oven — the phone rings and nobody can get it.”
Paloma picks up the calls you forward, in English and Spanish. It answers from your POS, takes the whole order — items, options, the guest’s name — reads it back with the total, and texts a payment link. The paid order lands in your POS like any counter order.
How it works
Forward your number
Paloma gets a local number. Forward the calls you miss, or all of them; the app shows the codes for your carrier.
Paloma answers
In its first sentence it says it is an AI and that the call is recorded. Then it answers hours and stock from your POS, and allergens or parking only as you wrote them in your notes.
The order, read back
Real items and modifiers from your menu, and the total before the guest says yes — with tax, or “plus tax” when it cannot be sure. Then a payment link by text.
Paid, in your POS
The guest pays on a Clover- or Square-hosted page. The order lands marked paid, and a card in the app shows what was said.

Read each text guests get in your name; payment links, confirmations and courier updates can be switched off. Their replies land in your Inbox.
Questions
Will guests know it is an AI?
Yes. Paloma says so in the first sentence of every call, with the recording notice. That is a rule in the product, not a setting.
What if a guest wants a person?
Give Paloma a transfer number in Settings and it hands the call to your team; without one it takes a message and flags it for you.
Does it take card numbers?
Never. Payment is only through the hosted Clover or Square page the guest opens from the text, or at pickup.
Which languages?
English and Spanish on the phone; it switches the moment the caller does.
Try it on your own business
Nothing to pay to start — no card, no subscription: your first business gets $25 on its balance as a gift when it is activated. Sign up, connect Clover or Square, and see it on your menu.

Prefer we set it up with you?
You can start on your own in the app. If you would rather set Paloma up together with us, or hear it on your own menu first, tell us who you are and we will write back. It is free.
