Your menu stays right. No dashboard.
Sound familiar? “The salmon ran out at seven, and people kept ordering it online until close because nobody had time to log in and hide it.”
Your menu comes from your POS and stays in sync everywhere. Tell Paloma what ran out and it’s gone from the phone and your site at once; items without a photo get one, and store rules like barcodes, weights and 21+ are handled.
How it works
Your menu, from your POS
Items, prices and modifiers come from Clover or Square, photos from Square or your uploads. Nothing to type twice.
Say what changed
“86 the salmon,” typed or said in the app, and it’s off the phone and your site — on Clover or Square.
Fill the gaps
A dish or product without a photo gets a picture Paloma draws, marked AI. Turn on auto-approve and they go up by themselves.
Store rules, handled
Photos by barcode, weight in steps, 21+ items pickup only — and on Clover, an item held for a customer until the pickup deadline.

No Clover or Square? Keep your menu in Paloma
Snap your paper menu or share your old site, check the list, set your sales tax — guests order on your page and by phone and pay at pickup. Change items and prices just by saying it. Paloma is not a register: counter sales stay where they are.

Pictures for dishes without a photo
Paloma draws a dish, a product or a banner for your site, marked as AI. You publish with a tap.
- Live
Product photos by barcode
Packaged goods get their photo from the barcode automatically. Photos from Square and your own uploads work too.
- Live
Sold by weight
Guests pick a weight in steps, on your page and on the phone.
- Live
21+ items, handled
Items your POS marks age-restricted are pickup only, never sent with a courier. You still check ID at pickup.
- Live
Hold an item for a customer
On Clover, the item comes out of stock until the pickup deadline and goes back if nobody shows.
Questions
Does “86” work on Square too?
Yes. Paloma takes it off your site and the phone at once. Your Square register stops selling it too once you let Paloma change your Square item library; until then the register keeps selling it, and Paloma tells you so. Saying it’s back restores only what Paloma changed.
I have no Clover or Square. Can I still use Paloma?
Yes. Send a photo of your paper menu or your old website, check the list and set your sales tax. Guests order on your page and by phone and pay at pickup. Paloma is not a register: counter sales stay where they are.
Who checks the age for 21+ items?
You do, at pickup. Items your POS marks as age-restricted are pickup only and never go out with a courier.
Are AI pictures shown as real photos?
No. Each one is marked AI, and your own photos always come first.

Prefer we set it up with you?
You can start on your own in the app. If you would rather set Paloma up together with us, or hear it on your own menu first, tell us who you are and we will write back. It is free.
